Call for abstracts

We are excited to announce the Call for Abstracts for the Annual Meeting of the Dutch Society for Statistics and Operation Research (VVSOR), taking place at In de Driehoek in Utrecht, the Netherlands on March 20, 2025. This year’s theme is “80 years of statistics and operational research in the Netherlands: Past Present and Beyond”. We invite you to submit your proposals by December 16, 2024.

Submitted research abstracts can be considered for oral presentations as ‘Short Talks’ in parallel sessions. Accepted abstracts will be displayed on the VVSOR website and in STAtOR. Proposals should include:

• Preferred format of presentation
• Title of your presentation or poster
• An abstract of up to 250 words, describing the content and objectives of your presentation or session
• A brief biography of the presenter(s), including name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information
• Keywords to describe the main theme

Please submit your proposal via the following form by December 16, 2024. All submissions will be reviewed by our organising committee. We will notify you of the outcome by Jan 15, 2025.
