About NCA:
The NCA checks whether the Dutch central government spends public funds economically, efficiently and effectively.
They audit dozens of policy fields, from special needs education and the replacement of the F-16 fighter aircraft to measures to overcome the credit crisis.
Their research is often done in an interdisciplinary setting, which makes the work diverse and challenging. As data-analysts they contribute to evidence based audits by constructing research questions, analysing data and communicate the results to the research team.
There is room to experiment with different methods & techniques and it is encouraged to stay up-to-date by attending lectures, courses and contributing in our international R collaboration.
The NCA provides an energetic work environment, with lots of freedom to come up with your own research ideas and the opportunity to contribute to transparent policy making. Already three Young Statisticians started at the NCA!
